As the founding director of Sierra NonProfit Services (SNS) in Sonora\, her professional experience includes 20+ years as a consultant\, planning and implementing training and development in government\, business\, and nonprofits. Donna is a Certified Consultant for Board Source (formerly the National Association of NonProfit Boards) and coach for both Gallo StrengthsFinder and Cue-Box groups.
